graduated from Life University with her Doctorate in Chiropractic in March 2002. A holistic approach is what she strives to bring to everyone working with not only the physical but also their nutritional and stress management needs. She is currently finishing her Integrative Medicine Certification as well as her studies with Methylgenomics. She has vast experience with numerous techniques specializing with athletes with preventing injuries and improving sports performance. She uses cutting edge techniques in working with kids on the spectrum and traumatic brain injuries.
is a graduate of the State University of Cortland where she also earned All American Honors in Track and Field. She then finished her Doctorate in Chiropractic at New York Chiropractic College in November 2006. Dr. Stephens enjoys helping families achieve their optimal health potential through natural Chiropractic care. She cares for all ages, as Chiropractic is beneficial during all stages of life. Dr. Stephens loves spending time with her three children: Mason, age 11; Vada, age 10; and Nolan, age 2. She also enjoys coaching soccer and she has over 12 years in as a volunteer coach for the Hollidaysburg Lady Tigers. Dr. Crystal is committed to respectfully meeting the needs of each and every one of her patients with the highest level of excellence in patient care.
is currently the Office Manager at A Better Balance Chiropractic. She is from a small town called Beaver Valley and has worked in the chiropractic field for almost 7 happy years. Her experience in natural health comes from the values she was taught as a child, and it makes her position enjoyable as she gets to learn from the doctors and teach the patients. She genuinely enjoys getting to know the patients personally and seeing their health improve as they start care. When she's not at the office, she prefers to spend her time fishing, kayaking, with her family, two dogs and 3 beautiful nieces.
